On January 4th, 2014 Kyle's son, Jacob, was the victim of Shaken Baby Syndrome. Kyle was young and terrified and had no idea who he could turn too for support or help. He began looking up facts and information on Shaken Baby Syndrome and learned that up to 3,000 kids in the United States are shaken every single year. He knew then that he never wanted another baby to endure what Jacob had endured and he never wanted another family to feel like he felt. Over the years Kyle and Madeline have navigated life as the parents of a victim of Shaken Baby Syndrome. They didn't want him to always be a victim, they wanted his legacy to be something more. He is a fighter, a survivor, and an inspiration to many, and through this Super Survivors Inc was born.

They want to advocate to not only raise awareness on Shaken Baby Syndrome and Child Abuse but also to increase prevention and work towards lowering those numbers so that maybe one day we can live in a world where no child is ever shaken or abused again. Beyond advocation and prevention they also want to help survivors and their families by providing assistance and supplying things they may need.
